Star Wars - Episode 3
Since most people going to see this film have seen all the others the storyline should come as no surprise. I've never been a fan, but I expected to watch the film and see an exercise in great storytelling. It isn't always about giving the viewer something new in the way of plot but it is how the viewer is taken through the familiar story.
Its a pity in George Lucas' eyes this means spamming the viewer with flashing lights and excessive noise. Case in point, there are over 2,200 special effects shots in this film yet the original only had 350 such shots.
Also, the film is entirely for kids. If it wasn't Yoda's "comically" rearranged sentences, or the childish accents given to every other bad guy that convinced me of this fact maybe if was that an actress called Ling Bai was supposed to be in it, but all her scenes were cut out by George Lucas following her decision to pose nude for Playboy. Obviously he wanted it to be as family (or child) friendly as possible. It just shows who he is aiming the film at.
Or maybe it was the homosexual robots that annoyed me, although I was glad to see they weren't as central as in Episode 1.

I'm rubbish at reviewing films, I'm still right though!
